Sold a Condo home in 2016 for approximately $100K in North Chesterfield, VA.
This sale was atypical in that Kent eventually sold the house THREE times.
The first contract ended when the buyers financing failed to go through, the second ended when the prospective buyer was listening to someone in her family and changed her mind at the last minute. Then before we could list the house again, there was an upstairs bathroom leak that resulted in $23,000 in damages.
Without Kent's expertise we could never have negotiated the minefield the contractor created and left. He went FAR beyond the required to intervene, provide information and ultimately arrange for some of the repairs.
The third time was the charm and we sold the house (closing March 22nd) and everything is now complete.
I can't say enough about Kent's down-home charm and willingness to deal with frantic homeowners!!
