Professional Experience

I have been a full time real estate agent since 1994 and a City of Richmond resident since 1985, living in The Fan, Woodland Heights, and Bon Air /Stony Point with my wife, Michelle, and our three children. What I enjoy most is selling old and historic homes throughout the City. Few agents better understand the joy of living in Richmond's great older neighborhoods.

I also know that life sometimes necessitates leaving the character, convenience, and other aspects of City life behind, and I have helped many families find or build great homes in the surrounding counties.

I also believe that real estate is a great investment and have extensive experience as exclusive agent for several investment partnerships. I have become a Certified Distressed Property Expert so that I may better serve homeowners who purchased at or near the peak of the housing market and need to move.
